At Cheap Shoes Store (Shoes Haven), we want every pair of shoes to be perfect for your family. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of children’s first shoes, school footwear, or fashionable trainers, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Our Returns Promise
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are:
- In original condition (unworn with tags still attached)
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on First Shoes or Sandals that have been tried on without protective socks/foot coverings. All intimate footwear must be returned in absolutely pristine condition.
How to Return Your Items
Follow these simple steps to return your ankle boots, loafers, or school shoes:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and return request
- Complete the return form (see template below) and include it with your package
- Package securely using the original packaging if possible

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Exchange Process
Need a different size in those machine washable school shoes or trendy trainers? Follow the same process as returns, clearly stating:
- The item you wish to exchange
- Your preferred alternative (size/color/style)
- If the new item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after receipt
- Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Timing:
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
- Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Faulty Items
If your Originals collection shoes or other items arrive damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange a free return label if needed
- Choose between replacement or full refund
International Returns
For customers outside the UK (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- Return shipping is at customer’s expense
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Original shipping costs cannot be refunded
